Ulster winger Craig Gilroy will win his first full cap for Ireland against Argentina in the Guinness Series International at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Gilroy replaces Andrew Trimble in the only change from the matchday squad that faced South Africa a fortnight ago.
The team will be captained by number 8 Jamie Heaslip for the third consecutive game in this month's Series.
