Kilkenny have been installed as odds-on favourites to win the 2013 All-Ireland Hurling Championships according to the latest odds from Paddy Power.
Brian Cody's men recorded a 34th All-Ireland title on Sunday with a 3-22 to 3-11 win over Galway in the replayed final at Croke Park.
The Cats are currently 10/11 favourites to win yet another Liam McCarthy Cup in 2013 with their nearest rivals in the betting Tipperary at odds of 7/2 with
Paddy Power.
Beaten finalists and current Leinster champions, Galway are the 4/1 third favourites while Cork are available at 11/1 to recreate their 2005 success.
After a disappointing season, Dublin are on the drift at 18/1 while Limerick under manager John Allen are 20/1 with
Paddy Power.
Clare who are U-21 champions for the second year in a row have been seeing support at 18/1 to win their first All-Ireland Hurling title since 1997.
Henry Shefflin - who won a record ninth All-Ireland Hurling title on Sunday - is already looking forward to next year's championship.
"I just want to be able to sit down this winter and not have an operation to look forward to," said the 33-year-old, who has come back from three career-threatening operations in the past.
"At my stage of the career you always review and evaluate and stuff like that. I'd love to be back again. Hopefully my body will allow me to do that."
