Munster champions Cork are the new favourites to win the 2012 All-Ireland Football Championships following the weekend’s Quarter Finals.
Cork overcame Kildare at Croke Park on Sunday after an impressive second half display. Boylesports
have now priced up the Rebels at 13/8 favourites to win their second All-Ireland in three years.
Defending champions Dublin are top price 9/4 to win back-to-back titles after their unconvincing win over Laois on Saturday night.
Ulster champions Donegal are the big movers of the weekend with their odds clashed to 5/2 to win their first All-Ireland in 20 years. Jim McGuinness’s side had a terrific two point win over Kerry on Sunday evening to set up a semi-final clash with Cork.
Connacht champions Mayo are the outsiders at 7/1 following their heavy defeat of Down on Saturday night.
The win for the Westerners came at a price with news that captain Andy Moran has suffered a serious knee injury and will miss the rest of the season for Mayo.
Mayo and Dublin will meet in the second semi-final with Boylesports
pricing Dublin at 4/7 to beat James Horan’s men. Mayo can be backed at 7/4 with the draw at 15/2.
